Norris & Stevens Brokers $12.45M Sale of OR Industrial Buildings
LNR Holding, LLC recently completed the $12.45 million purchase of two industrial buildings located at 3324 & 3302 NW Marine Drive in Troutdale, Oregon. Tim Budelman with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the buyer, and Daniel Helm and Mark Chiles with Capacity Commercial Group represented the seller, JLPS, LLC, in the transaction.
The two-story industrial buildings are approximately 37,304 and 29,808 square feet, and feature mezzanines, dock and grade loading, and abundant parking. The site offers 5,000 square feet of dedicated office space. The buildings are in close proximity to the Troutdale Airport and have convenient access to I-84. The property is located less than 30 minutes from both downtown Portland and Vancouver, Washington.
