Atlanta, GA-based property management company Noro Management and independent insurance brokerage Sterling Seacrest Pritchard have signed a lease deal for a 63,600-square-foot long-term extension and expansion at the 2500 Cumberland office building located in Atlanta.

Annie Lewis, Jon Mayeske and Clinton McKellar of commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield represented Sterling Seacrest Pritchard while John Zintak and Sonia Winfield, also of Cushman & Wakefield, represented Noro Management.

Cushman & Wakefield was engaged to develop a strategy in response to the 2021 merger of Sterling Seacrest Partners, Inc. and Pritchard & Jerden, which brought both companies together as Sterling Seacrest Pritchard.

2500 Cumberland spans six stories and totals 144,335 square feet. Sterling Seacrest Pritchard will operate its new headquarters out of the space and will add thee company logo to the top of the building. Noro Management will be updating the building’s amenities to include a new conference facility, outdoor terrace and a grab-and-go cafe
