Norfolk Industrial Property Trades for $20M in Off-Market, Sale-Leaseback Deal

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has completed the $20-million off-market sale-leaseback of 1129 Production Road, a 346,000-square-foot distribution facility on 18.335 acres within the Norfolk Industrial Park in Norfolk, VA.

Clark Simpson, Erik Conradi, Geoff Poston and Clay Culbreth with Thalhimer represented the buyer, 1129 Production Road, LLC. Thalhimer will handle leasing and property management moving forward, while the seller will continue operating in a portion of the facility.
