Nordstrom Rack Slates Spring 2025 Opening for Nashua Store

Nordstrom, Inc. plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack in Nashua, NH in spring 2025. The 30,000-square-foot store will be located in Royal Ridge Center, a popular shopping center leased and managed by Boston-based retail real estate firm Wilder.

“We are excited to collaborate closely with the Nordstrom Rack team to ensure a highly successful opening here in Nashua,” said Paige Quigley, SVP of asset management at Wilder. “We believe that Nordstrom Rack will attract more visitors to our center and offer guests access to high-quality brands at affordable prices.”

The 220,100-square-foot Royal Ridge Center’s trade area covers towns such as Lowell, Methuen, Lawrence, Leominster, Tyngsboro and Fitchburg in Massachusetts and Nashua, Hudson, Windham, Derry, Merrimack, Milford, and Hollis in New Hampshire. Its current tenant base includes Marshalls, Sierra Trading Post, HomeGoods, PetSmart and The Paper Store. Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, offering customers up to 70% off.
