Noodles & Company Doesn’t Noodle Around with Phoenix Expansion

Colorado-based restaurant company Noodles & Company will open its sixth location in Greater Phoenix at The Market at Estrella Falls Shopping Center, 15280 W. McDowell Rd. in Goodyear. This will be the company’s first freestanding drive-thru restaurant in the Arizona market.

Noodles & Company will construct a 2,300-square-foot restaurant at the shopping center. The company has leased the space for 10 years with two options for additional five-year terms. Plans call for the restaurant to open in early 2022.

“Every neighborhood in which they have located has immediately responded favorably to the restaurant,” says Daniel Ortega with Colliers in Arizona. “The brand thoughtfully invests in the community, creating jobs and hosting fundraisers for local charities.”

Ortega and Nick Ault with Colliers in Arizona negotiated the lease transaction. They are also the tenant representatives for Noodles & Company.

The Market at Estrella Falls Shopping Center is owned by Estrella Falls Land LLC of Ohio. Noodles & Company is expanding throughout the Greater Phoenix area with planned units through next year. The fast-casual restaurant company responded to the pandemic-driven demand for takeout food by implementing an order ahead drive-up window as another customer channel. Noodles & Company also implemented a mobile app and expanded delivery models.
