Nonprofit Tenant Specialist Gregg Witt Joins Cresa

Gregg Witt has joined Cresa as a principal with the Chicago office, Witt will lead the firm’s local Nonprofit Practice Group and participate as a member of its national group.

Witt, a veteran of the Chicago commercial real estate industry, was most recently an SVP with CBRE’s Office Occupier group. He co-founded the firm’s Nonprofit Practice Group, which he co-led during his tenure at the company. During his career, he has negotiated more than 1,200 transactions valued at more than $2 billion.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
