Nonprofit Signs Garden City Lease to Expand Its Regional Services

JLL has leased 23,633 square feet at 711 Stewart Ave., a multi-tenant medical and office property in Garden City, NY, owned by Benedict Realty Group (BRG). QSAC, a nonprofit organization serving children and adults with autism, signed a long-term lease for the space, which spans portions of the first and second floors.

Managing director Kyle Crennan and EVP Joe Lopresti with JLL represented BRG. Roy Chipkin of CBRE represented the tenant.

“We are pleased to have successfully represented Benedict Realty Group in securing a long-term lease with QSAC,” said Crennan. “The unique multi-floor layout and dedicated entrances provide an ideal environment for QSAC to expand its services to the autism community.”

Founded in 1978 by a group of parents who sought to find adequate services for their children with autism, QSAC has grown to provide direct services to more than 2,700 individuals in the region. It currently has locations throughout New York City and Long Island.
