Nonprofit Signs 80K-SF Lease on Pennsylvania Ave.

The National Endowment for Democracy has signed an 82,000-square-foot office lease at 1201 Pennsylvania Ave. NW in Washington D.C.

The nonprofit currently occupies a 65,000-square-foot space at 1025 F St. NW in D.C. and plans to relocate offices in April. The NED was drawn to the new building because of its location and quality of the space.

Doug Mueller, Evan Behr and Mac Hall of JLL represented the landlord, New York-based Sentinel Real Estate, in the transaction. Ben Plaisted and Greg Scheipers of Savills advised NED.
