Nonprofit Relocates Headquarters to Tower 45
The Harry Frank Guggenheim Foundation will relocate its headquarters to Kamber Management Company’s Tower 45 at 120 W. 45th St. The foundation signed a 12-year lease for 5,787 square feet of turnkey space and will relocate to Tower 45 this summer.
“Tower 45’s ample natural light, virtually column-free design, upgraded amenities, and professional building management team will serve The Harry Frank Guggenheim Foundation well,” said Christopher D. Turner, director of transaction services for Denham Wolf. Turner represented the nonprofit with Denham Wolf colleagues Paul G. Wolf and Avery Hogue.
Kamber was represented by an Avison Young team, including Arthur J. Mirante II, Mitti Liebersohn, John Ryan III and Albert Wu.
Since taking ownership of Tower 45 in September 2015, Kamber has undertaken a multimillion-dollar capital improvement program focused on building infrastructure and reimagining common areas, as well as a reimagined atrium and lobby.
