Nonprofit Org Greenwich House Expands to Chelsea 

Greenwich House, a nonprofit organization offering health, human services, education, and arts programs, has signed a new five-year lease for 5,038 square feet on the sixth floor of 80 Eighth Ave in Chelsea, New York.  

The space will serve as a second location for Greenwich House Pottery, offering classes for students of all skill levels. The building at 80 Eighth Ave is fully leased and is conveniently located between Chelsea and the Meatpacking District. Greenwich House Pottery is set to move into the new space in early 2024. 

The deal was facilitated by Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate, who represented the landlord, and Corey Hight and Elliot Zelinger of Savitt Partners, who represented the tenant.
