Nonprofit MVLE Extends Lease at Springfield

MVLE, a Virginia-based nonprofit dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities, has extended and right-sized its lease at Fullerton Square in Springfield, Virginia.

KLNB’s Tenant Advisory Group, led by Marc Balamaci and Scott Mendelson, assisted MVLE in securing the new lease agreement for 50,603 square feet of flex office space at 7400 & 7420 Fullerton Drive. Cambridge Holdings LLC represented the ownership of Fullerton Square.
