Nonprofit Leases 8K SF in Bridgeport

Nonprofit advocacy group Chicago CRED has leased 8,000 square feet of industrial-flex space at 1415 W. 37th St. in the South Side’s Bridgeport neighborhood. Friedman Real Estate’s Kellen Duggan advised the tenant.

Established in 2016, Chicago CRED is an anti-gun violence organization. Its co-founder and managing partner, Arne Duncan, served as U.S. Secretary of Education in the Obama administration.
