Nonprofit Contractor Plans HQ Move to Reston Town Center

Nonprofit government contractor Noblis Inc. is planning to move the company’s headquarters in a relocation to Reston Town Center in Virginia.

Noblis has inked a lease to take almost all of 12050 Inspiration St., a roughly 90,000-square-foot office that is part of BXP Inc.’s Reston Next extension of Reston Town Center, reported the Washington Business Journal. The company is currently headquartered nearby, about a quarter mile due south, across Sunset Hills Road and the Dulles Toll Road, at 2002 Edmund Halley Drive.

Lincoln Property Co. and Cushman & Wakefield noted the 74,681-square-foot lease in their second quarter reports for Northern Virginia’s office market. The move marks a downsizing for the company compared to the 160,000-square-foot, two-building lease Noblis signed a decade ago for its existing headquarters.
