Nominate a Rising Star for Our Fifth Annual Next Generation Awards

Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards in 2020 shone the spotlight on more than 100 of commercial real estate’s most talented young pros. Now we’re gearing up to do it again, with an all-new class of honorees, and we welcome your input.

As in previous editions of our Next Generation Awards, we intend to spotlight rising stars from each of the regions we cover. That means Next Generation honorees in California, Seattle, Phoenix, Texas, Chicago, Boston, New York, Washington, Atlanta and Florida, in addition to National candidates.

Just as we’re looking for Next Generation nominees from across the country, we’re also looking for candidates from across the CRE spectrum. Last year’s winners included rising stars in development, finance, ownership, technology and architecture, to name a few of the disciplines that were represented.

After considering your recommendations, we’ll choose this year’s honorees. We’ll begin announcing them in May.

Candidates must be 35 or younger as of Dec. 31, 2021.

Please return your nomination by April 9, 2020.
