Nominate 2021’s Top Leasing and Sales Brokers

In 2021, the second year of the global pandemic, commercial real estate’s dealmakers got it done. Do you know a broker or team who made a big impact in 2021 amid the year’s challenges? Here’s an opportunity to shine the spotlight on them. For the fifth year in a row, Connect Commercial Real Estate will be spotlighting the industry’s top dealmakers, and we’re inviting you to help us make our selections. 

Based on your nominations, we’ll recognize 110 leading brokers or teams of brokers for our 2022 Top Broker Awards, including both brokers who specialize in property sales and brokers who specialize in leasing. That includes: 

• Ten California winners 

• Ten Seattle/Pacific Northwest winners 

• Ten Phoenix/Southwest winners 

• Ten Texas winners 

• Ten Chicago/Midwest winners 

• Ten Boston/New England winners 

• Ten New York/Tri-State winners

We’ll consider the deals completed by the brokers in 2021, based on the total dollar volume of deals for investment sales brokers, and the total square footage of deals for leasing brokers. The deadline for nominations is Feb. 11.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter. He produces 7-10 daily news stories per day and works with the Connect team and clients to develop longer-form content, ranging from Q&As to thought-leadership pieces. Prior to joining Connect, Paul was Managing Editor for both Real Estate Forum and GlobeSt.com at American Lawyer Media, where he oversaw operations at both publications while also producing daily news and feature-length articles. His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications.
