NOMIA Rises Above Atlanta’s Skyline

Greystar’s newest highrise apartment community at 17th and Peachtree Street in Atlanta’s Midtown neighborhood is taking reservations for its fall opening.  Located in the center of Midtown’s art district, residents will have convenient access to the High Museum, MODA and Woodruff Arts Center.

Featuring street-level retail, an elevated rooftop pool with views of Midtown and beyond, star-gazing terrace with fireside lounges and Serenity Spa, the 281-unit high-rise offers an abundance of one- to three-bedroom layouts as well as penthouses with large floor-to-ceiling windows.

“This much-anticipated crown jewel of Midtown will soon be a retreat for those who choose to call NOMIA their home,” said Greystar Managing Director John Roberson. “The epitome of modern urban lifestyle, residents will experience elegance, convenience and innovation right at their front door. We look forward to the coming celebrations and memories being made as we welcome our first residents.”
