Nolan Transportation Group Inks 20K-SF Office Lease in North Charleston

CBRE has secured a 20,327-square-foot office lease on behalf of landlord Holder Properties for Nolan Transportation Group at River Oaks Center in Charleston.

Located at 4401 Leeds Ave. in North Charleston, River Oaks Center is a 100,000-square-foot, Class A office building with up to 15,000 square feet of space available for lease that can be customized to meet a variety of office needs. Nolan Transportation Group is relocating from its office on Remount Road to River Oaks Center. The company’s new office at River Oaks includes a large break room with an adjoining game room, collaborative seating areas, and an employee coffee lounge.

Charlie Carmody of CBRE represented Holder Properties in the lease transaction while Paul Hartley from Trinity Partners and Shaun Weinstock from Weinstock Realty and Development represented Nolan Transportation Group.
