NKF’s Indy Office Adds Matt Kiger as Director

Matt Kiger has joined NKF as a director in its Indianapolis office. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation for both local and global companies, and provides consulting and advising services on investment sales.

In a way, the new role is a homecoming for Kiger. He jump-started his career in 2005 at Newmark Knight Frank Halakar, a former NKF affiliate. There, Kiger built a network of clients and completed an impressive number of transactions during his tenure with the firm.

“I look forward to leveraging my industry expertise in this new position,” said Kiger. “NKF has a strong presence in the market, and I am excited to cultivate new relationships and develop new business as a part of this growing team.”

Executive managing director Jenna Barnett said Kiger would serve as “an excellent mentor to our office’s younger staff, due to his depth of expertise in building relationships.”
