NKF to Lease Up Remaining Empire Outlets Space

NKF has been named leasing agent for the 350,000-square-foot Empire Outlets outdoor shopping, dining and lifestyle center in Staten Island. The firm’s Jeffrey Roseman, Marc Frankel and Drew Weiss are representing the development’s owners, St. George Outlet Development LLC, in merchandising and leasing the 100,000 square feet currently available at the center.

Since two-thirds of Empire Outlets is open, NKF will focus on adding more brands to the mix. The tenant roster already includes American Eagle Outfitters, Nordstrom Rack, Nike Factory Store, H&M and Brooks Brothers.

“Most New Yorkers don’t realize that hopping on the Staten Island Ferry and going shopping at Empire Outlets is as accessible as any other shopping district in the city…and you get to see the Statue of Liberty along the way,” said Roseman. “This is a prime location for any tenant looking to capitalize on a wide range of consumers spending money across the city.”
