NKF to Lease 4 Tabani Group Retail Centers

Dallas-based Tabani Group has appointed NKF as the exclusive leasing agent for four of its prominent retail centers throughout Chicagoland. NKF’s James Schutter, Terry Alexa, Larry Kling, Luke Sementa and John Fiori will lead the brokerage team assigned to lease the retail spaces at Renaissance Place in Highland Park, The Glen Town Center in Glenview, Town Center Promenade in Deer Park and Home Depot Center in Orland Park.

Together, the new assignments total more than 500,000 square feet of retail space. Although Town Center Promenade and Home Depot Center are strictly retail, Renaissance Place (pictured) includes office and residential, while the master-planned Glen complex also has apartments.

“We are thrilled to be marketing these four outstanding retail centers,” said Schutter. “The retail and mixed-use centers each include a well-diversified mix of highly recognizable tenants, entertainment, and an abundance of parking, which make them perfectly positioned to attract national and local brands.”

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
