NKF Takes San Jose’s Riverpark from 60% to 100% Occupancy

An NKF leasing team has brought downtown San Jose’s Riverpark Towers to 99.8% occupancy, up from 62% just two years ago when owners DivcoWest and Rockpoint Group acquired the two Class A towers in December 2017.

As San Jose Mercury News coverage of the milestone points out, new leasing at Riverpark Towers points to a major upswing for office properties in downtown San Jose. In the last year or two, office rents have jumped in downtown San Jose, and vacancy levels have steadily dwindled.

New tenants at the towers include Sage Intacct, Cohesity, and WeWork. NKF’s Riverpark leasing team includes Anne Ralston, Phil Mahoney, Michael Saign, and Joe Kelly.

Riverpark Towers contains about 600,000 square feet of office space. Tower 1 totals 297,000 square feet, while Tower 2 is 303,000 square feet.
