NKF Secures 9K-SF Industrial Lease in Metro Baltimore

Newmark Knight Frank has secured a 9,226-square-foot lease at 1334 Ashton Road in Hanover, MD. The newly signed tenant is Noxilizer, a provider of ultra-low temperature nitrogen dioxide sterilization technology to pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device manufacturers.

The industrial and flex facility is a single-story property totaling 37,309 square feet. After the lease to Noxilizer, the property is now 100% occupied. JLL’s Matt Lunnen represented Noxilizer, which expanded their Maryland footprint by 88% through the transaction.

Dan Callihan, Brian Kruger, Karen Robertson, James Cumber and Erik Evans of NKF represented the building owner, Kenwood Management Company, in partnership with Feldman Bergin Development, in the transaction.
