NKF Secures $81M Acquisition Loan for DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville

NKF has secured an $81.4 million loan for the acquisition of the DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville Downtown. The buyer was AWH Partners and an affiliate of The Inland Real Estate Group.

The 341-room property is located in downtown Nashville and is nearby Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena and a number of bars and restaurants on Broadway. As a product of a recent renovation, the property now offers an enhanced lobby, 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, and an indoor pool. Additional features include Patio 315, a seasonal outdoor bar and grill, an on-site Starbucks, a fitness center and valet parking.

Jordan Roeschlaub, Dustin Stolly, Ben Greazel, Joel Simmons, Nick Scribani, Chris Kramer and Drew Ahlers of NKF secured the financing on behalf of the borrower. PNC and CIT provided the loan.
