NKF Secures 48K-SF Industrial Lease in Miami

Newmark Knight Frank has secured a new 47,545-square-foot lease for Coulisse Distribution at Eastview Commerce Center in Miami.

Coulisse Distribution’s new space will be in Building 6 of Eastview Commerce Center and is an expansion and consolidation of their Broward County warehouse and Brickell Avenue office space. It features new tilt-wall construction with 32-foot clear heights. Eastview Commerce Center is a master-planned, six-building, 800,000-square-foot business park located on the former grounds of the Westview Golf Course.

Steve Medwin, Nick Wigoda and John Mejia of NKF represented the landlord, Panattoni Development, in the lease transaction. Les Byron of SVN represented Coulisse Distribution. The transaction marks the tenth lease signed at the project since NKF began working with the landlord on the development project.
