NKF Markets Move-In Ready Office in South Williamsburg

The newly-renovated boutique office property at 134 Broadway in South Williamsburg has 25,000 square feet of move-in ready space, says NKF. It features high-end, pre-built, full-floor spaces measuring approximately 5,000 square feet each.

NKF’s Whitten Morris, Joseph Sipala and Zachary Talve represent the owner and developer, Caspi Development, in the asset’s office leasing.

Sipla noted that 134 Broadway is South Williamsburg’s first high-end, pre-built office property in several years. With developer Caspi also active in Lower Manhattan, “The asset’s quality is like that of something you would find in Manhattan, and it is now being offered in Brooklyn, which will attract high-quality tenants to the full-floor spaces,” said Sipala.

Already spoken for is the ground-floor retail, which will be occupied by the recently announced restaurant concept from John Winterman, of the Michelin-star-holding Bâtard, and chef Chris Cipollone. Cosmo Montemurro of Murro Realty represented the unnamed restaurant.
