NKF to Lease Up Redeveloped Northbrook Office Property

Ameritus Real Estate Investment has hired NKF as the exclusive leasing agent of 400 Skokie Blvd. in Northbrook, IL. Ameritus bought the 220,175-square-foot office property this past December and plans an extensive redevelopment.

NKF senior managing directors John Clark and Rob Lundin will lead the brokerage team at 400 Skokie, which benefits from proximity to I-94 and a location in the well-established North Suburban market. The new owners plan upgrades to the building’s exterior, lobby, elevator cabs, corridors, restrooms, parking lot and landscaping. Completion is expected for the fourth quarter of 2018.

“This redevelopment by a successful and stable ownership group will strengthen 400 Skokie Boulevard’s position within the market,” said Lundin. “Combining that with the property’s excellent location and strong tenant roster will bring the property to its full potential.”
