NKF, JLL Tee Up Lease for Indoor Golf Concept from the UK

An indoor miniature golf concept with two locations in London will travel across the pond, and specifically to NoMad, for its third space. Swingers: The Crazy Golf Club will open in a 22,000-square-foot space in the basement of the Lam Hotel Group’s new Virgin Hotel at 1227 Broadway.

NKF’s Adam Weinblatt and Mitchell Friedel represented Lam, while JLL’s Amy Zhen represented Swingers. The hotel is slated for completion in 2019.

The Swingers concept combines mini golf with a rotating assortment of street food, served by well-known local restaurateurs, and cocktails, all within a 1920s English setting. Weinblatt said Swingers “blends seamlessly with the ongoing transformation that’s taking place in NoMad, Manhattan’s trendiest neighborhood.”
