NKF Hires Frydman as Executive Managing Director in Boca Raton
NKF Multifamily hired 20-year multifamily veteran Tal Frydman as an executive managing director in the firm’s Boca Raton office. Frydman will work alongside Vice Chairmen Avery Klann and Hampton Beebe as well as Directors Tyler Minix and Jonathan Senn.
Prior to joining NKF Multifamily, Frydman was a senior director at Berkadia where he launched the Investment Sales division for South Florida. Prior to that, Frydman was a First Vice President for 16 years at Marcus & Millichap.
“Tal’s expertise and track record in South Florida are significant,” said Klann. “Adding him to our team enhances NKF Multifamily’s capabilities across the state, creating additional value for our clients.”
