NKF Handles Triple-Net Sales for Mack-Cali
NKF Capital Markets has completed the sales of two triple-net leased office properties in Hamilton, NJ on behalf of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. 600 Horizon Dr. is leased to Verizon Communications, while 700 Horizon Dr. (pictured) is leased to AAA.
600 and 700 Horizon, which total approximately 215,000 square feet, were acquired by a private investor and by VEREIT, respectively. Deal terms weren’t disclosed.
“600 and 700 Horizon Center Drive are located within the Horizon Center Business Park, one of the leading multi-purpose office campuses in the area,” said NKF’s Steven Schultz. “Its prominent location right off Route 130 provides convenient access to regional thoroughfares and the greater Princeton market area. He added that the sales “concluded Mack-Cali’s disposition strategy in this area.”
Schultz arranged the sales, along with his NKF colleagues Kevin Welsh, Steve Tolkach, Tony Georgiev and Brian Schulz.
