NKF Handles $60M Denver Campus Deal

CirclePoint Corporate Center, a trophy office campus totaling 275,599 square feet near Denver in Westminster, CO, traded hands for $59.75 million. The two contemporary, Class A buildings were divested by Washington, DC-based Northridge Capital, LLC to City Office REIT.

NKF Capital Markets’ John Jugl, Jr. and Paul Donahue marketed the property on behalf of the seller. NKF’s David Milestone handled the debt placement for the sale.

Located along the Denver-Boulder US36 Corridor at 11030 and 11080 Circle Point Rd., “CirclePoint Corporate Center is one of the most attractive office campuses in Northwest Denver, and offers amazing views from its 4- and 5-story perspective,” commented Jugl, Jr.

After an influx of leasing velocity over the last 12 months, CirclePoint is currently 93% leased, with more than seven years of weighted average lease term across both buildings – a formula very attractive to a new owner.”
