NKF Expands West Coast Prop. Mgmt. Team; Hires 3

Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has expanded its West Coast Property Management platform with three strategic new hires. Lezlie Plastino joined the Bellevue, WA office as Director of Management Services, and Alexis Williams and Tina Minook joining as Associate Directors for the San Francisco and Los Angeles regions, respectively.

The trio bring extensive property management and business experience that will greatly enhance NKF’s West Coast footprint for management services. All three most recently served in similar capacities for Davis Partners in their respective markets.

In their new roles, the trio will advise building owners on strategies for optimizing operational efficiency and maximizing the overall value of their properties.

According to NKF’s recently-appointed VP of West Coast Management Richard Holden, “It has been an eventful few weeks since I began in my new role with NKF, and adding local experts like Lezlie, Alexis and Tina is an important milestone.”
