NKF Completes $106.1M Campus Sale
A joint venture between Irvine, CA-based Greenlaw Partners and New York-based Westbrook Partners acquired Centerpointe La Palma, a 525,560-square-foot, 10-building business park in La Palma, CA from an undisclosed East Coast-based pension fund advisor for $106.1 million. The 89% leased campus includes three mid-rise office buildings, six single-story R&D buildings, and one single-story retail strip center.
NKF’s Capital Markets’ Kevin Shannon, Paul Jones and Blake Bokosky represented the seller. The buyer was self-represented.
Jones says, “This asset provides the buyer with immediate scale and a strong, secure and growing income stream, as well as additional value potential through the lease-up of remaining vacancy and the continued conversion of the low-rise buildings to creative office.”
Built in 1986 with renovations occurring in 2015 and 2016, the 24.24-acre property is located at 1, 4, 6, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 and 30 Centerpointe Dr.
