NKF Builds MF Capital Markets Team in Denver

NKF added multifamily finance experts Charlie Williams as Senior Managing Director and David Treadwell and Tim Weldon as Managing Directors to the company’s Denver-based debt and structured finance group. Williams (pictured) and Weldon depart KeyBank, and Treadwell joins from CBRE.

NKF’s Mike May says of the trio of additions, “They are such prominent members of the Denver community that pairing them with our best sales team in the state sets us up for a great future. We are thrilled to have them on board.”

Williams brings more than 20 years of experience and Treadwell more than nine in commercial real estate finance, both specializing in the sourcing of debt and equity for multifamily and other asset classes throughout the Greater Denver area. Weldon brings more than 20 years of overall lending experience in both Washington, D.C. and Denver. Combined, the team has financed in excess of $7.5 billion in transactions, across the capital stack, on behalf of some of the region’s most active sponsors.
