NKF Brokers Sale of 773K-SF Industrial Property in Tennessee

NKF has brokered the sale of two industrial properties totaling 773,000 square feet in Fayetteville, TN. The sales price was not disclosed. Fayetteville is approximately 31 miles north of Huntsville, AL.

The sale includes 1810 Wilson Parkway, a fully-leased, 695,000-square-foot facility and 1700 Wilson Parkway, a 78,800-square-foot facility that is currently vacant. Features of 1810 Wilson Parkway include block and insulated metal construction, 34-foot clear ceiling heights and 44,374 square feet of modern, air-conditioned office and support areas. Features of 1700 Wilson Parkway include a 64,800-square-foot warehouse space with 20-foot ceilings, 5 dock doors and one drive-thru dock as well as a 10,400-square-foot first-level office.

Michael Reid and Bart Hardison of NKF brokered the sale of behalf of the undisclosed seller. BSD Properties purchased 1700 Wilson Parkway and 1810 Wilson Parkway LLC purchased 1810 Wilson Parkway.
