NKF Brokers Sale of 324-Unit Sarasota Apartment Community

NKF has arranged the sale of Oasis at Sarasota, a 324-unit apartment community in downtown Sarasota. The sales price was not disclosed.

Built in 2019, each unit in the property is equipped with a Samsung SmartThings Hub, Smart Door Lock, Smart Light and Smart Thermostat. Amenities include a 10,700-square-foot clubhouse, a beach-entry saltwater pool and a club quality fitness center. The community is currently 92% occupied.

Patrick Dufour, Ryan Crowley and Pibu Aulakh of NKF represented the developer and seller, Picerne Real Estate Group and Equity Resources, in the transaction. The Praedium Group acquired the property.
