NKF Brokers $73M Sale of Birmingham Multifamily Portfolio

NKF arranged the $73-million sale of The Falls and Woods of Hoover, a two-property, 696-unit multifamily portfolio in metro Birmingham.

Constructed in three phases in 1996, 2000 and 2002, The Falls and Woods of Hoover consist of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans. Amenities include three resort-style pools, fitness centers, clubhouses, a playground and three tennis courts. The property was 94% occupied at the time of sale.

Bo Flurry and Justin Uffinger of NKF’s Birmingham office represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction. The seller was Ohio-based Heritage Income Properties, and the buyer was BH Equities of Des Moines.
