NKF Brokers $69M Sale of Downtown Boston Office Tower

NKF has arranged the $69.2 million sale of 100 Franklin St., a 123,950-square-foot, nine-story office tower in downtown Boston.

Originally built in 1908, 100 Franklin St. formerly served as home to the Boston Safe Deposit and Trust Company, and Boston Stock Exchange. The property is currently 95% leased to a 25-tenant roster anchored by Webster Bank, Lux Research, the YMCA, Quantopian and ZappRx.

Edward Maher, Matthew Pullen, James Tribble and Samantha Hallowell of NKF’s Boston Capital Markets team represented the sellers, a partnership between Clarion Partners and Synergy Investments, in the transaction. The buyers were a partnership between Independencia and Synergy Investments.
