NKF Brokers $4M Sale of Baltimore-Area Industrial Property

NKF has arranged the $4.3 million sale of 9017 Red Branch Road, a 57,272-square-foot industrial property located along the Baltimore-Washington Corridor.

Cris Abramson, Nicholas Signor and Ben McCarty of NKF represented the seller, Grebow Investments, in the transaction. The buyer was an affiliate of May Riegler Properties.

May Riegler has tapped Brian Kruger and Erik Evans of NKF to oversee leasing efforts at the property, which was 28 percent leased at the time of the sale. In addition, the buyer plans to begin major capital improvements at the property.
