NKF Boosts Puget Sound Retail Platform with Koehler Sisters
NKF expanded its Puget Sound platform with the addition of two prominent retail leaders. Joining its team are Seattle-based Senior Managing Directors Erika Koehler and Anne Marie Koehler. The industry expert sisters who, individually and collectively, are regarded as the most accomplished in the region, are leaders in urban retail and mixed-use developments.
NKF’s Tim O’Keefe notes, “the addition of this accomplished urban retail team allows NKF to augment an already highly-successful national retail platform.”
With more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience, including most-recently at JLL, Erika Koehler (pictured above left) brings a strong record in landlord listing and tenant representation engagements throughout the Seattle region. She offers extensive background working with some of the nation’s largest REITs and shopping center developers.
Anne Marie Koehler (pictured above right) has held senior positions with CBRE and, most recently, JLL in Seattle, and brings more than 13 years of experience specializing in retail brokerage services. She represents both landlords and tenants and has worked on several large community and neighborhood shopping centers.
