NKF Arranges Sale of 130K-SF Retail Property in Newnan

Newmark Knight Frank has arranged the sale of a 130,497-square-foot retail property in Newnan. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 955 Bullsboro Drive, the 19-acre retail center currently has a long-term lease with Lowe’s Home Improvement. The Bullsboro Road corridor includes more than 4.2 million square feet of retail within a two-mile radius. Tenants on the corridor include Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Academy Sports, Publix, Ross, PetSmart and Aldi as well as Ashley Park–a 565,000 square foot lifestyle center.

Mark Joines, Drew Fleming and Andrew Ragsdale of NKF represented the seller, Retail Value Inc., in the transaction. The buyer, Apollo, was self-represented in the transaction.
