NKF Arranges $66M Sale of Marlborough Office Campus

NKF has arranged the $66 million sale of The Campus at Marlborough, a 531,916-square-foot office campus in Marlborough.

Comprised of four interconnected buildings, the 121-acre campus is currently 76% leased to a tenant roster anchored by the global headquarters of medical technology company Hologic. On-site amenities include a full-service cafeteria, Starbucks lounge, staffed fitness center, 300-person auditorium, conference facilities, outdoor seating areas, walking/jogging trails and basketball and volleyball courts.

Robert Griffin, Edward Maher, Matthew Pullen and Samantha Hallowell of the NKF’s Boston Capital Markets group represented the seller, a fund sponsored by Hines, in the transaction. The buyer was Greatland Realty Partners.
