NKF Adds Valuation & Advisory Duo in Whippany

Industry veterans John Ennis (pictured above) and Brett Lake have recently joined NKF Valuation & Advisory (V&A) as SVPs in the financial reporting practice. With more than 45 years’ experience between them, Ennis and Lake—both most recently with FTI Consulting—are based at the Whippany, NJ office.

“NKF’s clients will benefit from Brett and John’s expertise in navigating complex financial, accounting, tax and regulatory issues,” said John Corbett, practice leader for V&A financial reporting.

Ennis brings more than 25 years of U.S. and international experience in real estate valuation and analysis. His client base has included federal agencies, municipalities, financial institutions, insurance companies, REITs, private and public corporations, public utilities and individuals across all property types.

Brett Lake NKFLake (at right) brings more than two decades’ industry experience focused on consulting and valuation requirements to NKF. He has successfully completed valuation and consulting assignments for a complete range of property types.
