NKF Adds Senior Housing Investment Experts Rob Black, Sean McNee

NKF expanded its national investment sales team with the addition of two senior housing and care industry leaders. Rob Black and Sean McNee joined as senior managing directors based in San Diego and will help the firm build upon NKF’s burgeoning health care practice.

NKF’s James D. Kuhn says, “With the graying of America this niche has become, along with technology, a growth area in real estate. Rob and Sean have built strong reputations in this area and their expertise is a solid addition to the work of Todd Perman and Garth Hogan, who specialize in hospital and medical office buildings.”

Black, who brings 21 years of CRE experience, joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he worked exclusively in the senior housing and care industry. McNee, a 17-year veteran, served stints on dedicated senior housing brokerage teams at Eastdil Secured, Grubb & Ellis, and most recently at Cushman & Wakefield.
