NKF Adds Corporate Capital Markets Specialists

NKF has added corprorate capital markets specialists Andrew Sandquist and JC Asensio to its Chicago office. Joining as vice chairman and managing director, respectively, Sandquist and Asensio specialize in sale/leaseback solutions for corporate occupiers and mergers and acquisitions private equity sponsors, as well as monetization strategies for institutional owners and developers.

Sandquist and Asensio have joined NKF from CBRE, where both were members of the corporate capital markets team that Sandquist co-founded. They bring a combined 35 years’ experience to NKF, and have executed more than $7.3 billion of sale/leaseback and net lease transactions across 47 states and 10 countries.

About Paul Bubny
