NJ Retail Shopping Complex Lists for $86M  

Real estate investment and development firm Black Lion has listed a retail shopping complex in New Jersey for $86 million. The listing is held by Danielle Brunelli and Marion Brunelli with R.J. Brunelli & Co.

Located at 10-50 International Drive, S. Flanders, New Jersey the completely renovated 29-storefront plaza is anchored by several retailers including Lowes, Michael’s, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and Ross, spans 378,000 square feet, and is being marketed for sale at 98% occupancy.  

Black Lion acquired the property in 2021 for $49 million and has undertaken extensive renovations. The listing is being managed by R.J. Brunelli & Co. Black Lion has a track record of transforming and enhancing retail spaces across the nation, with over $600 million in transactions to its name.
