NJ Clothing Distributor Concludes Lengthy Search with Fontana Acquisition

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services directed the $30.2-million sale of 6260 Mango Ave., a 113,930-square-foot Class A industrial distribution building in Fontana, within San Bernardino County. EVP Noah Samarin, first VP David Gores and VP Gary Womack represented the private seller, Magellan Value Partners.

DAUM’s EVP Steve Haston, along with LA Commercial’s EVP John Lasiter, represented the buyer. The end user is a clothing-based distribution company headquartered in New Jersey.

The sale culminated a search that took several months. The buyer keyed in on the opulent local infrastructure, building design and labor base as central requirements, according to DAUM.

“This property is ideally positioned and offers the modern features today’s industrial users and investors are actively seeking,” said Haston. “The purchase represents a rare opportunity to acquire a new industrial asset in one of Southern California’s most in-demand logistics markets and most business-friendly environments.”
