NJ Class A Medical Office Building Sold for $4M 

A 15,000-square-foot medical office building in Hackensack, New Jersey., was sold for $3.7 million.  

Located at 146 Rt. 17, the four-story Class A building has previously operated as a medical office with a surgical center and features a back office and patient rooms. The property was delivered vacant and offers 48 surface parking spaces.  

JLL represented the seller, Procida Funding & Advisors, with a team led by Brendan McBride and Nicolas DeCotiis, while the purchaser was represented by Jaime Zimmel of Zimmel Associates.
