Nili Lotan Takes Showroom Space in Tribeca

Fashion brand Nili Lotan, whose clients include Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner, will use space at 142 Duane St. in Tribeca for its showroom, office and design center. The lease was arranged by a Cushman & Wakefield team of Brandon Singer and Michael Cody. The landlord is 101 Holdings.

“During Nili Lotan’s search, our team was dedicated to finding the ideal space for the brand’s new showroom and design center, and 142 Duane St. offered the multi-level, sunlight space the brand was looking for,” said Singer. “The property was certainly worth the wait.”

The retail space at 142 Duane totals 7,668 square feet over the ground floor, mezzanine and lower level. The brand was founded in 2003 by its namesake, Israeli-born designer Nili Lotan.
