Nicole Dutra Grinnell Appointed TA Realty Portfolio Manager

Boston-based TA Realty, LLC, has named Nicole Dutra Grinnell, a 19-year veteran of the company, as portfolio manager of core-plus logistics strategy. Dutra Grinnell has also been appointed to the firm’s investment committee, where she will be valued for her experience managing private equity real estate portfolios.

During her tenure at the firm, Dutra Grinnell has worked within all phases of the investment cycle, including acquisitions, dispositions and valuations. Additionally, she sits on the firm’s acquisition committee and has served as portfolio manager for both core separate accounts and value-add, closed-end funds spanning multiple real estate sectors, including logistics.
