Nicol Investment Co. (NIC), a family real estate investment firm headquartered in Nashville, and apartment management company RAM Partners have opened The Kelvin, a 301-unit luxury community in Huntsville, AL. It’s a component of NIC’s Upland Park, a 60-acre, $200-million mixed-project

In addition to The Kelvin, the Upland Park master plan includes the completed Vitality at Upland Park, a 189-unit Class-A senior-care project; The Collins, a 334-unit luxury multifamily community; and HQ, a creative office and retail project co-developed with Nashville based Vintage South. All four developments are surrounded by aces of passive and active greenspace.
